How to get FRC, CRC, CNIC and NIC from NADRA?

 What is FRC :

The Family Registration Certificate (FRC) is a way to link your NADRA record to your family. This determines the make-up of the family. Please keep in mind that while the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) is useful for embassy purposes, it cannot be used for any legal purposes.

Applications for the FRC are accepted in three categories:

  • By Birth — Your family will be listed on the certificate, including the names of your parents and family.
  • By Marriage – Your family will be listed on the certificate, including the names of your wife and kids.
  • Adoption – Your family will be listed on the certificate, as well as the information of your guardians.

 

How to apply for FRC: How to get FRC, CRC, CNIC and NIC from NADRA?

There are two ways to apply for family registration card;

  • Website: You could get your FRC by going to the NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or by going to the Pak-Identity website.
  • Center for NADRA Registration (NRC): You can apply for a Family Registration Certificate (FRC) at a NADRA Registration Center near you (NRC).

The actions that you will take at the NRC are as follows:

  • You will be given a token at birth.
  • There will be a photo taken of you.
  • You will be the one to enter and review your information.
  • The needed FRC will be printed and delivered to you.

By means of marriage:

If your children are under the age of 18, please keep in mind that you must bring all of the youngsters who need to be added to the FRC with you.

For the verification of family data, NADRA has implemented a CNIC verification system. You can verify your family’s CNIC; this NADRA verification allows you to authenticate your family tree data in the NADRA database.
