Foreign Minister said Tuesday Prime Minister Imran khan will head the Pakistan delegation at 10th D-8 summit which will be held by Bangladesh.
Foreign office conveys that summit will be conduct virtually ,With foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi attending the 19th council of Ministers meeting that will proceed the summit. The purpose to the meeting will be “partnership for the translative world” and harassing power of youth and Information Technology”.
Mehmood’s said states of these D-8 members Malaysia, Indonesia, Iran, Egypt, Turkey, Pakistan and Bangladesh will join the meeting.
FM Mehmood said for turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan will hand over the Chairmanship of the this summit news releasing form Bangladesh president Sheikh Hasina.
What is D-8 ?
D-8 summit was held in 1997 for the promotion of economic and development of these eight countries, and secretariat office the this D-8 is in Istanbul
Objective of the D-8 summits are to improving developing countries, developing new relationship with high scale economy countries, and make strong economy of these countries, enhancing participation in decision making at international level.
Main focus of the D-8 is on these things.

Pakistan constantly following the rules of D-8 from to start and making good relationship with all countries of the world as the objective of the summit. Pakistan hosted the 8th D-8 summit in 2012 and Pakistan also remains the Chairman of the D-8 from 2012 to 2017.
